In extreme examples, investigators or even hackers (we take all precautions to protect C'8 data) could potentially learn the IP address that an anonymous report was made from, and so you may wish to consider taking additional precautions such as making anonymous reports from a device that could not be traced back to you if you fear retribution.
At least one photo is highly recommended for transparency, to help prevent abuses and to help inspire potential aid givers.
